1. Cancellation Policy: A deposit of one night’s stay, plus tax is due at the time of booking. Full payment of your lodging, plus tax is due 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations prior to 30 days arrival receive full refund less $15.00 cancellation charge. Cancellations less than 30 days but greater than 14 days of arrival date will be charged $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations less then 14 days of arrival will forfeit deposit and full payment of the lodging. We will work to rebook any last minute cancellations due to emergencies for a $50.00 rebooking fee. We want you to come and experience us; we don’t just want your money. We want you to tell others about the great time that you had here.
